Energies that are opposed to light can create confusion within the mind causing doubt about what is true and what is not true, what is real and what is not real.

Energies of negation seek to take one away from one's most deeply held beliefs, replacing these with doubt as to their validity, and claiming to be the sole source of knowledge and information. Such energies can be counteracted, however, by the deeper heart's truth which remains faithful to the knowledge of the soul.

A new science of energy and thought will come into being that creates an understanding of thought as energy interacting with other energies. This understanding will allow human beings to co-create life more fully and to be of greater help to the Earth. Two examples of using thought as energy to help the Earth are given.

A new America is coming into being, based on the sacred values of love and unity. Though it is large invisible now, it is held as an unfolding reality by the realms of Light and is ordained by Divine intention.

Sacred relationships hold God at the center. They exist not only to serve one or two, but in their joining, to serve the world.

Affirmations of light help focus awareness on the truths that one's inner being knows that the mind may not be fully able to integrate. Repeating these or variations that one's heart resonates with can initiate a process of healing.

There is a 'sphere of mirages' within the planes of darkness that many souls who seek guidance have contact with, and thus are brought into the plane of illusion, believing it to be truth.

Trees and plants are now moving to a new level of consciousness in which they can communicate emotionally and sometimes in thought in ways that were not possible before.

Spiritual anchoring allows the blessing of Divine guidance and help to flow more freely into one's consciousness and being, creating greater ease and showing the way through even in situations that appear to have no way through.

Often unknown to the outer self is the fact that consciousness exists in layers. There is the awareness that belongs to the everyday mind with its problems and concerns, and the awareness that belongs to the part of the self that is timeless.

There are many things in life that one wishes could happen sooner, that happen a shorter or longer period after the hoped for time. Instrumental in this delay is God's timing.

It is characteristic of the time we are in that life appears to be very complicated, very stressful, with not enough time to do all that is needed. This is the portrayal of life out of balance, life not in tune with the Divine flow that is capable of moving through all, creating harmony, creating order, creating simplicity.

Within you lives a heart of Truth, connected with your deepest self and with the knowledge and wisdom that comes from the divine Oneness. Accessibility to this inner truth is greater today because the body has increasingly become a sacred bridge of light, allowing each one to feel infused by the wisdom of their higher self.

Dreams, hopes, and visions have a new priority now, for they are bridges to the new spiritual reality that is coming into being, asking you to become part of it, asking you to reach for your own Divine potential.

Upheavals and losses within life can take an emotional toll, both inwardly and outwardly. They can cause one to feel helpless and afraid. They can cause one to fear an unknown future. It is at just such times that trust in the overriding intelligence of the Divine blueprint for each soul must be maintained, for there are no accidents within spiritual reality.

God speaks within each heart in its own language. Each can understand the whispering of a Divine message because it corresponds to the voice, and sound, and feel of truth with which they resonate.

Your deepest heart knows what your soul purpose is. It is connected with the you that you wish to be. It is embedded in the place of joy within you. Its expression creates a sense of fulfillment and meaning. It is the reason for your being on the Earth at this time.

All of life beckons you into sacred relationship. All of life reaches to you for the response of your heart, for the response of your inner knowing, for the response of your deepest truth.

During the time of learning for most embodied souls, there is a period of leaving sacred reality, then returning to it, then leaving again, then returning, and this back and forth motion becomes a teacher for the self seeking greater awareness.

Spiritual anchoring makes possible the presence of choice in relation to negative or painful emotions. It makes possible the understanding that the truth of reality may be vastly different than what one is feeling.

Every living thing (and even inorganic things to a lesser degree) is made of living, breathing, energy, and this energy is having an effect on all around it. It is interacting with all around it, whether visibly or not. This is even more true of energies that are produced by human beings. These energies are more powerful, for the intentionality of the embodied being has a direct effect on the passage of the energy.

Holiness exists all around. It is the perception of Divine creation. All that is, radiates divinity. This is the source of holiness.

Being present expresses reverence as it honors God within the soul and being of all. It celebrates each encounter with another as an encounter with the Divine.

Family relationships are going through a healing process at this time, initiated by the presence of greater spiritual light on Earth and brought forth by the process of purification.

A new paradigm is emerging today that will transform the historical separation between business and spirituality. This new paradigm has to do with the strong belief that all needs must be considered within business and within life, and that within the state of sacred unity, all needs can be met.

Listening is more than hearing. Its movements are more kinesthetic than auditory, movements that have to do with increased connection with one's soul-self and with the Divine source of one's being.
