Daily Reflections - Seeds of Light for Daily Meditation and Practice

Welcome to the Daily Reflections Calendar, one of a group of Light Omega Calendars meant to inform, inspire, uplift, and comfort. These Calendars cover a wide range of topics concerning sacred reality and are intended to expand awareness and bring light into both body and consciousness.

The Daily Reflections can be accessed in two different ways: through a link that can be placed on a website or browser that will take you to the Light Omega Daily Reflections Reader and to the latest of the Calendar entries, or through receiving them as daily e-mailed messages. In either case, the Reflections are best absorbed by spending a few minutes each day with the current one, allowing it to seep into consciousness and connect with whatever spiritual truth it seems to resonate with. No formal meditation is needed for this, just breathing and a quiet space.

Here are some selections from the Daily Reflections, each of which can serve as the basis for a meditation:

All that you are, and all that you will ever be, exists within you as a seed that will inevitably bear fruit. Anything that you can imagine as possible, is possible, and will be even more so to the degree that you can believe in it.
